He coordinates postgraduate programs and regularly provides training for dental professionals in more than 40 countries worldwide. He graduated from the Federal University of Paraná (Brazil), where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1995. In 2002, he obtained his Master’s degree in Biomaterials (MSc) from the Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, and in 2009, he earned his PhD in Restorative Dentistry from the State University of Rio de Janeiro.
